Pittsburgh's Outdoor Murals and Public Art, discovered on bicycle around the Burgh bike

by Swoon

798 Hawkins Ave (Jones St at Transformazium)
North Braddock PA 15104

We opted to give the Transformazium three pins/thumbnails to represent the three sides of the building.

This image is on the south–facing wall along Jone’s Ave, and it’s one of many wheatpaste murals in the area. If you aren’t familiar with the term, wheatpaste is used to describe the method of pasting a piece of artwork up (as opposed to painting it on the wall). The term is used whether the art is adhered using a flour and water mixture, wallpaper paste, or other type of adhesive.

There is additional art on the Transformazium shown here, and here.
